Staff is amazing, courteous, attentive and very professional. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spectacular and the service is top notch. Will definitely be back.
Good clean room, valet service, pool... close to everything, 5-10 min walk to a grocery store in the mall across the street, restaurants, 10 min walk to the beach. Front desk staff speak some english as did a waiter in the hotel restaurant. Friendly service.
The location is excellent, since it's in front of a big mall "Las Americas", so there's a lot of buses coming and going. The selvice is pretty good, food is delicious and at a good price. The following.s are really clean and comfortable
Nice room however beds weren't huge. Good location bit overall the 5/5 comes from the staff. They did provided a lot of accomodations for us and our treat grandma which was very appreciated! Be aware that parking lot gets filled quickly and you might need to park your car across the street in another parking lot (not covered) they have.
is very comfortable stay with the plus of being in a central location, so you can move either on foot, public transport or on platforms to various points of the historic center, they also offer you the service by private providers at the hotel. The food of the place also tastes very good, the buffet is worth it. And the workers are very friendly, and the beds are very comfortable. 5/5
The hotel is right in front of the mall. Very convenient to cross the street to shop, eat, or see a movie. The rooms are clean. I would prefer the room with carpet. The tv and cable are good. You don't get HBO but, you get many channels to watch. It's about 15-20 minutes from the historical center. Along the ocean, you will find interesting places to dance and have a drink. The shower has cold and hot water. The bathroom is clean and works perfectly. The pool is not heated. Sometimes, the weather gets cold. They have a hot tub next to the pool. The day I tried to get in, it was way too hot. The service is good and professional. No complaints.

Beautiful hotel , fantastic food, wonderful pool area outside. Directly beside the huge shopping district/centre and a short walk to the ocean which you can see from the hotel . Exemplary service with very friendly/hospitable staff . Alfonso who runs the hotel is fantastic so ask for him . I recommend this place 110% !!
